Stress is so complex therefore I wanted to make the poster look simple. I used 3 main colors in this poster: red, black and white. Red is like fire, this girl is now burning. Black is used a lot to create a narrow space...can't breathe...something seems to be closing.
I also applied a bit of Proximity of Gestalt concepts with letter S. I want to emphasize the word stress and create the balance with the girl in the bottom.

Some really nice aspects to this poster. Technically, it could use some work, but the visuals are good.
