These circulars are made by creating new brush in Illustrator or you can use the rotation method to do this. The difficulty here is how to put the circulars together nicely. My combination of colors is not so well. I will try more because I love this type a lot. I think I should learn more about the color rules, what color can be go together, etc.
We also need to apply the effects when combining these circulars like Overlay, Difference or reduce the Opacity to make it more magical.
